Ingredients
Chopped onion
Minced garlic
Chopped hot pepper (jalapeno, habanero, red pepper flakes, etc)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Oil or butter
Chopped carrots
Cauliflower pieces
Julienne zuchinni
Soy or Tamari sauce
Rice
Directions
Pan cook onion, garlic, hot pepper and sesame seeds in oil of choice until they start to brown. Add carrots and cauliflower and cook for another 2-5 minutes. Add zucchini noodles and soy sauce and let it stew for a while until the vegetables start to take on some color from the sauce. Stir every couple of minutes. If there is excess liquid at the bottom of the pan stir in cooked rice to soak it up and make it extra tasty and filling!
